A Delta Street apartment complex has been sold for $6.9 million.
Aeon Residential Opportunity Fund bought the property at 4388 Delta St. from Ronald T. Neri.
The complex has 28 apartments.
James Carter, senior managing partner of Apartment Realty Group represented the buyer.
Jordan Concepcion, partner of KW’s Cornerstone Investment Group’ represented the seller.
