A Carlsbad industrial building has been sold for nearly $25.3 million.
EverWest Advisors of Denver acquired the 74,774 square foot building at 3209 Lionshead Ave.
The seller of the fully-leased building was a joint venture between Graymark Capital and Blue Vista Capital Management.
Rick Reeder, Aric Starck, Brad Tecca, and Drew Dodds with Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego represented the seller.
Cushman & Wakefield also represented the buyer.
