Dramm Echter Farms, a North County flower wholesaler, has acquired a Carlsbad industrial building.
The company bought the building at 1911 Palomar Oaks Way for $5 million from Demand Marketing.
The building has two grade level and one dock-high loading doors, 24 foot to 26-foot clear height, 4,000 amps of power, rooftop solar panels, and fire sprinklers throughout.
Chris Baumgart and Steven Field of JLL represented Demand Marketing.
Baumgart also represented Dramm Echter Farms.
“We continue to see strong demand for industrial buildings in North San Diego County as the area maintains a strong manufacturing labor force,” said Baumgart, JLL senior vice president.
