Abandoned structure lost to fire in South Bay

SAN DIEGO  — A fire destroyed an abandoned building in the Palm City neighborhood of San Diego on Sunday morning, a San Diego Fire-Rescue official said. How record high gas prices during Labor Day weekend are impacting travelers
