SAN DIEGO — Rescue crews were working to reach someone in a reported cliff rescue in La Jolla early Monday.
San Diego Fire Rescue dispatch records show first responders were called to 8840 Biological Grade north of the Ellen Browning Scripps Memorial Pier before 7 a.m.
The rescue operation was underway as parts of the county were under a flood advisory and flash flood watch. The flood advisory will remain in effect until 8 a.m. for Carlsbad, Escondido, Fallbrook, Julian, Ramona and Vista, NWS San Diego said.
