An Imperial Beach apartment complex has been sold for $9.5 million.
The 24,144 square-foot complex at 870 13th St. has 33 apartments.
The seller was Fourier Real Estate Holdings, LLC.
The buyer was Xavier Family Trust, according to CoStar, a real estate research firm.
Peter Scepanovic and Corey McHenry of Collier International’s Multi Advisory Group in San Diego represented both parties.
