An Imperial Beach townhome complex has been sold for $2.5 million.
The project at 1036-1042 Fern Ave. was acquired by the Crudo Family Trust, according to CoStar, a real estate research firm.
The seller was Plotts Real Estate.
Carson Trujillo, vice president of investments in Marcus & Millichap’s downtown office, represented the seller.
Tommy Crudo with Willis Allen Real Estate represented the buyers.
Built in 2018 on an 11,065 square-foot lot with 6,316 square feet of rentable space, the complex has four townhomes.
