La Mesa Apartments Sold | San Diego Business Journal

 A La Mesa apartment complex has been sold for nearly $8.2 million.
Carlsbad Shores, LLC bought La Paloma Luxury Apartments, 8171 Vincetta Drive, from the Thomas L. Ragland Trust.
Built in 1978, the complex has 10 one-bedroom apartments, 16 two-bedroom apartments, and 12-two-car garages.

Austin Ray Huffman, a senior associate with The Zorbas Group in Marcus & Millichap’s Del Mar and San Diego offices, and Christopher J. Zorbas, executive managing director, of the firm represented both parties.
