Mezcal Tasting With Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston – Thursday, April 29, 2021, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Gelson’s presents an online tasting with Dos Hombres featuring the hombres behind the brand, Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston. This virtual tasting will showcase the Dos Hombres Espadin Agave Mezcal ($52.99) paired with a Gelson’s custom cheese and charcuterie plate ($23.99) which serves two. Dos Hombres is the product of multiple generations of proud Mezcal producers from the small village of San Luis del Rio, in a remote section of Oaxaca. Guests will get a behind-the-scenes look at the spirit with the opportunity for questions all while sipping the spirit in the comfort of their home. Sip the spirit on its own, or add it to one of Gelson’s suggested cocktail pairings including the Dos Hombres Mule with Dos Hombres Mezcal, Fresh Lime Juice and Ginger Beer; and the Cranstonian with Dos Hombres Mezcal, Cranberry Juice, Aperol and Fresh Lime Juice. The tasting will be perfectly paired with a Gelson’s custom cheese and charcuterie plate featuring Tillamook Smoked Black Pepper White Cheddar, Cicaque Cotija, Olli Salumeria and Three Little Pigs Chorizo. Additional items will include Avocado Shrimp Ceviche, Grilled Street Corn Salad, Fresh Watermelon and Spanish cocktail nuts.
