A North Park apartment building has been sold for $2 million.
Anthony Karnazes of KPH 8, LLC bought the building at 4270 34th St. from Jack Melroy and Alan Gabbay.
The building has three two-bedroom apartments and five one-bedroom apartments.
Dan Melroy of Melroy Investments and Daniel Cote of San Diego Investment Brokers represented the seller.
Robert Klaus of RBK Commercial, Inc. represented the buyer.
