Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles, the Los Angeles based soul food restaurant chain with a reported revenue of at least $37 million a year, is opening a restaurant in San Diego.
According to reports, Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles has resumed construction on a 17,489 square foot lot in Barrio Logan that will feature a 4,000 square foot restaurant plus parking.
The eatery is scheduled to open January 2022.
