SENTRE, a real estate investment firm based in downtown San Diego, has acquired a Temecula industrial building for nearly $40.8 million.
The 229,000 square-foot Heights building at 42301 Zevo Drive was fully leased at the time of sale.
The seller was not disclosed.
Built in 1998 on an 11-acre site, Temecula Heights has 26-foot clear heights, early suppression fast response (ESFR) sprinklers, and 27 dock doors.
