Walk through a tasting of “Love Punk” Valentine’s Day 2021 Bonbon Collection with founder, Chef Michelle Lomelin. Michelle will cover how to properly do a chocolate tasting, the 8 unique flavor profiles of each bonbon and some of the workings. This event is participatory so you can ask those questions of Michelle that you’ve always wanted to ask. Purchase of this virtual event includes one 16pc box of our “Love Punk” Valentine’s Day 2021 Bonbon Collection, a list of recommended wine pairings in case you want to enhance your tasting experience and an invitation to an online tasting via Zoom.
