Women At Work: How to Navigate Bias – Sunday, June 27, 2021, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Join Dr. Alison Coil, who is a DharmaCenter teacher and an Associate Dean of Diversity at a major University, for her insights based on her own experience in a real-life academic environment. She will discuss the known ways in which gender bias is at play in the workplace, as well as what to do about them! She will also investigate how Meditation and Mindfulness practices can be used to more fully support women at work,. This workshop is relevant for men working with women, as well as people across the gender spectrum. Registration is required.
