A Bankers Hill apartment complex has been sold for $5.1 million.
Investors 1031 Exchange, an intermediary for HG Holdings, LLC bought the 5th Avenue Apartments, 3105 5th Avenue, from MSV Investments, LLC.
The buyer was represented by Bill Anderson, principal of ACRE Investment Real Estate Services and Matthew Brothers, vice president of ACRE Investment Real Estate Services.
The seller was represented by Bob Weinberger of RJW Properties, Inc.
Built in 1926, the apartment building has 26 studio apartments.
