A Kearny Mesa car wash has been sold for $5.8 million.
Las Troyanas, LLC bought the property at 7959 Balboa Ave. from 7959 Balboa, LLC.
Nick Totah, first vice president of investments, and Joe Gutierrez, investment associate with The Totah Group in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office, represented the seller.
Totah also represented the buyer.
The car wash was built in 2017 and consists of a 3,400 square-foot building space on 0.65 acres of land.
The seller signed a 20-year leaseback at closing and will continue to operate the business as Wash N’ Go.
