A Carlsbad office building has been sold for $8.2 million.
J.E. Upham, LLC sold the property at 2710 Loker Ave. to Baker Loker, LLC.
Amy McNamara, a principal of Urban Property Group, and Hank Jenkins of Colliers International represented J.E. Upham.
McNamara also represented Baker Loker.
The three-story, 32,196 square-foot building is in the Bressi Ranch community of Carlsbad.
“This property is a testament to the Carlsbad office market, for well-located, well-managed office buildings”, McNamara said.
