Cushman & Wakefield Appoints New Regional Director

Tina West

 Cushman & Wakefield, the commercial real estate brokerage, has appointed Tina West to head the firm’s multi-family assets operations in the West Region, working out of its San Diego office.
As senior managing director, West will oversee the firm’s management portfolio of about 466 properties with about 91,000 apartments in California, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas.
Before joining Cushman and Wakefield, West had been managing director and multi-family practice lead for the commercial real estate brokerage CBRE’s property management business in the Americas.
West also was COO of Capstone Real Estate overseeing the management of more than 36,000 apartments and had worked for LMC Living, Sunrise Management, Monarch Group, and owned her own brokerage.
