An El Cajon apartment building has been sold for nearly $4.4 million.
Hoban Holdings Inc & Hale Street Associates, LLC bought the property at 193 W. Park Ave. from the David G. Carlisle and Melissa Carlisle Trust.
The 19,934 square-for complex has one studio apartment of 400 square feet, 11 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of 550 square feet, four two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments of 775 square feet, and four two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments of 850 square feet.
The complex has 22 parking spaces.
