A Hillcrest apartment complex has been sold for $2.1 million.
The Salazar Family Trust bought the complex at 3639 1st Ave. to 3645 1st Ave. from George M. Nefores Jr.
The seller was represented by Adam Jacks of ACI Apartments.
The buyer was represented by Robert Vallera of Voit.
The complex has four apartments – three in a Spanish-style triplex with two one two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and one one-bedroom, 1 ½ bathroom apartment.
There also is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom house.
Each apartment in the triplex has a patio/pergola and storage units. The house has a single car garage with a deck on the roof.
The property includes a laundry room, three additional parking spots with zoning that would allow for the construction of more apartments behind the triplex.
