El-Jo Styles, Inc., bought the property at 4078 Hamilton St. from Vaerus Hamilton, LLC.
El-Jo Styles was represented by Mike Conger with Commercial Asset Advisors.
Built in 1971 and renovated in 2019, the 7,260 square-foot project has 10 apartments – four two-bedroom, two bathroom apartments and six one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments.
