 A North Park apartment complex has been sold for $5.7 million.

Bel Vue Terrace Properties, LLC bought Orchid Apartments, 4024 32nd St. from Senior Housing Resources, LLC.

Carson Trujillo, vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s downtown office, and Jeff Gould with Lineage Asset Advisors represented Senior Housing Resources.

Cole Silverman, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s downtown office, represented Bel Vue Terrace Properties.

A senior apartment community, Orchid Apartments has eight two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, 17 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, and one studio apartment.

 It also has 12 off-street parking spaces, one loading space, designated handicap street parking, a clubroom and a communal laundry room. The complex is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator.
