BFP Enterprises, LLC sold the property at 1701-1711 Garnet Ave.
The buyer of the 4,500 square-foot building was VBN Investments, according to CoStar, a real estate research firm.
The seller was represented by Todd Law, senior vice president of Capital Growth Properties, Inc.
The buyer was represented by Terry Sheldon
