Enjoy a wine dinner under the stars with Winemaker Steve Clifton of Palmina Winery and Chef Aron Schwartz. The socially distanced outdoor dinner aims to bring people back to the table to sustain themselves with good wine and food, and will feature 3 courses, as well as an amuse bouche and dessert, each accompanied by a wine pairing. The menu includes Kona Kampachi Crudo with a Pinot Grigio, Olive Oil poached Ahi Tuna with a Nebiolo, and Brandt New York Ragouts with Barbera and Dolcetto, along with a fantastic dessert of Local Cara Cara Zabaione. Space is limited to 6 tables.
