The Jefferson Pacific Beach apartment complex has been refinanced with a nearly $69.8 million loan.
Jefferson Pacific Beach, 4275 Mission Bay Drive, has 172 apartments and about 14,000 square feet of commercial space.
Amenities include a business center, saltwater pool and spa, fitness center, and surfboard repair station.
Troy Tegeler, Scott Peterson, Bill Chiles, and Trevor Breaux and of CBRE arranged the loan on behalf of the property owner, JPI, a Texas-based multifamily investment, and development firm.
