Spring Valley Apartment Complex Sold

 A Spring Valley apartment complex has been sold for $2 million.
XReit Fund 1 bought the complex at 9094 Harness St.
The seller was not disclosed.
The 7,168 square-foot complex has nine apartments – eight two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and one one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment.

Angelo La Bruna, senior investment associate of Apartment Realty Group represented the buyer.

Terry Moore, principal at ACI Apartments represented the seller.
