Sun Deck Sweat Sessions: Women Empowerment – Saturday, March 27, 2021, 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Celebrate Women’s History Month with empowering female fitness instructors and local female founded brands at The Westin Gaslamp Quarter’s new Sun Deck. The 4 different 20-minute sessions include Babes Who Sweat Bootcamp with Keara Christine, Cardio Dance with Nicole Picard, Mat Pilates with Sam Bell and Yoga with Sophia Da Silva, with short rests in-between each session. Each attendee will also receive a swag bag full of goodies from our woman-owned sponsors and have the opportunity to shop at the pop-ups on the Sun Deck post-workout.
