Neither the buyer nor the seller of 49th Street Villas was disclosed.
Built in 1973 and renovated in 2018, the complex at 4334 49th St. has eight two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and one one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment.
Benjamin Price and Tom McCartin in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego represented the seller.
Brian Raynoha and Scott Edelstein with Apartment Advisors, Inc. represented the buyer.
