A Vista office building has been sold for $3.1 million.
Labyrinth Inc. bought the 23,690 square-foot building at 1800 Thibodo Road from Thibodo, LLC.
The three-story building has mature landscaping and an extensive glass line.
Labyrinth Inc., was represented by Matty Sundberg of Cushman & Wakefield North County.
Jeff Abramson and Greg Gershman of Lee & Associates North San Diego County represented the seller.
