This Couch Surfing Book Tour event features Martha Waters as she discusses her new book, To Love and to Loathe (The Regency Vows #2), in conversation with Liz Fenton and Lisa Steinke. Martha Waters is the author of To Have and to Hoax. She was born and raised in sunny South Florida, and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She works as a children’s librarian in North Carolina, and spends much of her free time traveling.
