Indoor dining, fitness and entertainment centers are now reopened at Westfield San Diego malls: dining and theaters at 25% capacity and fitness centers at 10%. The announcement comes on the heels of San Diego County announcing it has entered the red tier in terms of COVID-19 cases.
Westfield UTC’s Javier’s, Din Tai Fung, The Winery Restaurant, Larsen’s Steakhouse and others are now open. 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport will continue to operate outdoors with limited indoor classes taking place. Guest will require the use of masks.
Westfield Mission Valley has reopened Puesto, Mendocino Farms, Pesto Italian Craft Kitchen, Outback Steakhouse and more. 24 Hour Fitness is open at 10% capacity and AMC Theater at 25%, the latter starting daily at 4pm.
Westfield North County has relaunched indoor dining at California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory and BJ’s Brewhouse, among others. And, Westfield Plaza Bonita’s Gerry’s Grill, Funky Fries & Burgers, Broken Yolk and more are up and running indoor operations again. Crunch Fitness is open solely indoors and AMC Theater is also welcoming back guests.
The centers will continue to offer take-out delivery at select restaurants as well as curbside pickup. Each center is following all local and CDC guidelines, which includes operating at 50% capacity at indoor centers.
