A Vista apartment project has been sold for $11.3 million.
Villa Santa Fe & Pond Place was acquired by an affiliate of the Kilroy Companies from Mark and Alice Kammerman.
The two-building complex, 1626 N Santa Fe Ave., has 58 apartments – 34 studio apartments, 18 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, and six one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments
Representing the seller from The Zorbas Group in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office were Christopher J. Zorbas, executive managing director, and Gary R. Weddle, senior partner.
