Passover options include Traditional Beef Brisket, BBQ Chicken, Lemon Herb Chicken and No Salt Chicken, all served with delectable sides of matzo balls with chicken broth, tzimmes, charoset, potato kugel, chopped beef liver with egg and gefilte fish with horseradish. Sides are also available to order à la carte including matzo balls, charoset salad, potato kugel, Brooklyn brisket, roasted garlic red potatoes, chopped beef liver with egg and tzimmes. Passover meals are portioned for four people. Easter dinner options include Roasted Turkey, Prime Rib (Certified Angus Beef®), Brisket (Certified Angus Beef®) and Ham. Roasted Turkey, Prime Rib and Brisket Dinners are served with mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, roasted Brussels sprouts, cornbread stuffing, mushroom and beef gravy, horseradish sauce and butter flake dinner rolls. Ham dinner is served with mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, cornbread stuffing, green bean casserole, sweet mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and butter flake dinner rolls. Whole or Half Spiral Glazed Ham is also available for purchase à la carte. Easter dinner options are available in servings for two, six or eight people.
